HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! the girl that worked the register 3/6/25 night around 7;00 was so unprofessional and rude . I placed a order for pick up through DoorDash and she had my dad waiting for almost in hour and when the food was finally ready to refuse to give the food to him saying the food was not paid for which it was paid online . So I called the restaurant and she answered and I said hey my dad been waiting for my order and I paid for it online . She proceeds to ignore what I say and talk about me in creole and say there a girl on phone trying to get food for free that didn’t pay and then she hangs up on me . So I had to leave my home and go to the restaurant and show proof that I paid . She proceeds to lie and says my dad never gave a name . She never apologized for the inconvenience and she also didn’t even have decency to hand my dad the order in his hand . She left my order on the counter .
I walked in. I ordered Griot samples I wait one hour 15 minute inside the restaurant the food still not ready to give it to me And to take my money I left without the food that’s crazy. I never experienced that in my life ever as the first time.
The griot plate was so good! It’s always my go to when it comes to ordering out for Haitian Food. The diri (rice) was so fresh, the griot (fired pork) was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Came with a side of pikliz and sauce. I WILL be coming back 👍🏽
